The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating opportunities for Sipi Asset Recovery’s IT services to targeted customers in their assigned territory. The individual will actively work leads resulting in opportunities for assigned Business Development Managers (BDM’s). 

 

Responsibilities: · 

  • Making 60-80 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources 
  • Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest. Promote IT Asset Disposition solutions with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines
  • Achieve or exceed goal for evaluations and first meetings on a monthly basis
  • Qualify all sales leads based on specific lead qualification criteria definitions 
  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call 
  • Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects 
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the Company solutions – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers 
  • Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance and data entry, correspondence, and communications) 
  • Provide weekly activity report to management
  • Proactively continue company product and competitive product and market knowledge via website, online webinars, and marketing information 
  • Social Media Monitoring: Engaging with social media platforms, creating alerts on keywords, researching topics and sharing information with individuals responsible for producing the content and responses 
  • Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in Dynamics CRM throughout 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years business experience 
  • Ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets 
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling 
  • Ability to converse with and influence IT organizations 
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM a plus 
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment 
  • Solid understanding of social media tools and vehicles including Linked In, Twitter, Blogs and monitoring tools

Provide the highest level of customer service.
Identify and close new business for Sipi Asset Recovery.
Clearly and effectively communicate Sipi Asset Recovery services to customers.
Effectively communicate activities and customer status to Sipi Asset Recovery management.
Drive increased market share for Sipi Asset Recovery in assigned territory.
Assess competitive landscape.
Sell all of Sipi Asset Recovery services and identify new service opportunities.
Meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals for territory.
Develop new business from existing contacts.
Develop new business opportunities the lead generation and target account identification.
Generate new opportunities by cold calling.
Attend and represent Sipi Asset Recovery at industry meetings and trade shows.
Create and effectively communicate close plans for each opportunity.
Coordinate sales effort with marketing, accounting, customer service, and operations departments.
Supply management with daily, weekly, monthly reporting using Microsoft CRM tools (pipeline, forecast, activities, etc.) to create and maintain a sales plan that meets and exceeds sales goals.
Achieve activity goals related to customer contact.
Participate in the creation and implementation of new services.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development selling IT related B2B services.
Bachelor of Science degree required. Advanced degrees a plus.
Proven ability to continually close new business.
Ability to travel.
Driven and highly motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Highly organized
Ability to communicate in calm and effective manner.
Thirst for knowledge
Excellent communication including written, verbal, listening, and other customer service skills to effectively communicate with and work well with others

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks in the offices and warehouse of our Elk Grove Village premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs on an as-needed / on-call basis. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Perform maintenance and light repairs 
  • Undertake light installation 
  • Minor plumbing and electrical 
  • Undertake duties as assigned or based on project need Identify and report the need for major repairs 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as handyman 
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment 
  • Basic math skills 
  • Good communication ability – must be able to communicate in English 
  • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving 
  • Attention to detail Must be able to lift 20lbs 
  • Must be able to climb a ladder 
  • Forklift or small engine experience a plus 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
