Sipi Asset Recovery Demonstrates Service Excellence with CSIA Award

CSIA, also known as the Customer Service Institute of America, has been promoting customer service excellence since 2007. They distribute the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) as well as conduct onsite assessments of participating service organizations.

These assessments are used to award companies from a variety of industries that truly stand out from the pack. Recognition from CSIA includes the International Service Excellence Award. This award is based on the assessment of an organization’s service performance to the ICSS standard.
